Tersus GNSS kit

Tersus GNSS, a provider of positioning solutions, has announced the introduction of three new GNSS kits, the BX305/306/316 HRS Kits, which are based around Tersus’ respective high-precision GNSS RTK boards. These HRS Kits consist of RTK receivers, GNSS antennas, RS05R radio station modems, radio station antennas and related cables and converters. The Tersus RTK boards are embedded in the receivers, and are compact-design, energy-efficient, centimeter-level accurate GNSS Real Time Kinematics (RTK) boards, ideal for a wide range of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications such as surveying, mapping, precision agriculture, and construction engineering.

The BX305, BX306 and BX316 are dual-antenna multi-GNSS RTK boards that are lightweight, low-power and can be easily integrated with external devices and systems such as UAV autopilots.

Different from the standard BX305/306/316 GNSS Kits, the new HRS versions are equipped with lightweight and robust RS05R technology, which is a UHF rover radio solution for wireless application. It provides reliable data communication for demanding conditions for which a combination of stability, high performance and long range operation are required.
