Alva Industries, a manufacturer of frameless motors with FiberPrinting™ technology, has launched its new SlimTorq™ range of slotless thin-section motors for high-precision applications on land, sea, and air.
SlimTorq motors are available in sizes from 39mm to 130mm outer diameter and are manufactured by the company’s next-generation FiberPrinting technology.
The new SlimTorq series of motors feature an ultra-thin and compact form factor, high precision and power, and are brushless for reliability. They also boast low noise and vibrations, non-skewed windings for maximized torque output, and infinite design possibilities for rapid customization.

The FiberPrinting process enables ironless and slotless motor windings with up to 60% copper fill factor, setting a new standard in precision, torque density and adaptability.
