Our drone propulsion products are based on our proprietary industry-leading FiberPrinting technology, which allows us to rapidly design and manufacture ironless windings for any electric motor or generator. FiberPrinting enables technical and composite fibers to be combined in order to enhance the thermal, mechanical and electromagnetic properties of the motor.

The X60 is a high-power drone motor specifically designed for industrial hexacopters and octocopters with 12S batteries, 28″ or 30″ propellers, and a maximum takeoff weight of 30 kg. The motor design incorporates a FiberPrinted slotless stator and a permanent magnet Halbach-array rotor, providing a mass- and energy-efficient solution with superior reliability and excellent peak torque and power.
Featuring a lifetime of 1000 hours, the highly durable motor can land the drone safely in the unlikely event of failure, making it ideal for safety-critical missions. The X60 exhibits low levels of noise and vibration for near-silent operation and reduced wear and tear, and is IP55-rated for full protection against dust and rain.

The ALTUS X60 Uno and Duo are highly reliable, fully integrated UAV propulsion systems that combine our X60 FiberPrinted drone motors with custom VESC-based electronic speed controllers as well as factory-balanced propellers designed in conjunction with Mejzlik Propellers. All components are specially optimized for operation in tandem with each other, ensuring the utmost in performance.
Designed with a sealed weatherproof enclosure and able to operate at ambient temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius, the ALTUS X60 Uno and Duo are ideal for long-running and safety-critical UAV applications. The system design features dual-redundant UAVCAN communication lines for ensured reliability, allowing the drone to fly home even in the event of a critical error.
The ALTUS X60 Uno is designed for 20kg quadcopters and 30kg hexacopters with 12S batteries, while the coaxial ALTUS X60 Duo is designed for 30kg octocopters.
