SiMaxx Leading Batteries
Our SiMaxx batteries are based on a patented silicon anode nanowire structure delivering high-energy-density silicon anode batteries that surpass state-of-the-art graphite cell performance today. SiMaxx batteries can deliver up to 450 Wh/kg gravimetric energy density and 1,150 Wh/L volumetric energy density, with third-party validation of 500 Wh/kg and 1,300 Wh/L, and reach 80% charge in as little as six minutes. They also operate reliably across a wide temperature range – minus 30 degrees C to 55 degrees C.
SiCore Leading Batteries
The new SiCore batteries are based on an innovative, proprietary silicon anode material system capable of delivering extremely high power-to-energy ratios that significantly surpass state-of-the-art graphite cell performance today. The new silicon anode cell chemistry is designed to offer high energy density, up to 400 Wh/kg, is capable of 10C charge/discharge, and long cycle life, demonstrating as many as 1,200 cycles at full depth of discharge.
Manufacturing Strategy
Through our state-of-the-art pilot line, global contract manufacturing partnerships, and future GWh-scale production site, we are positioned to deliver our customers high-performance silicon anode batteries at scale.
Our corporate headquarters is in Fremont, California, where we maintain an R&D lab and a MWh scale manufacturing facility for the fabrication of silicon anodes and cells. To better serve growing customer demand, we’ve secured up to 800 MWh of pouch cell capacity and over 1 GWh of cylindrical cell capacity annually through strategic contract manufacturing partnerships. Collaborating with multiple partners enables us to rapidly scale production while mitigating risks such as delays, equipment failures, and supply chain disruptions.
The company has also entered into a lease agreement for a GWh-scale manufacturing facility in Brighton, Colorado. The production site is designed with flexibility in mind. With most of the design completed, the site benefits from strategic access to transportation networks, a highly skilled workforce, ample room for future expansion, and proximity to key markets.

Our patented silicon anode technology features a unique manufacturing process that results in ultra-high energy density batteries. Thanks to our innovative silicon structures, we have addressed the issue of swelling, which has historically hindered the adoption of silicon. Offering the world’s only commercially available 100% silicon anode, our cell is capable of storing up to ten times more lithium than conventional graphite cells.
Our advanced silicon anode batteries also demonstrate good cycle life and fast charging times. We have repeatedly demonstrated 80% charging in under six minutes, performance that has been validated by independent third-party labs as well as multiple major aerospace companies.

Our high-performance lithium-ion batteries are ideal for a wide range of mission-critical and commercial applications.
