VG2103 FOG sensorFizoptika has expanded its VG103S series of FOG (fiber optic gyro)-based sensors for UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and robotics. The VG2103 features high-accuracy performance, a compact and lightweight design, and low power consumption, making it ideal for SWaP-constrained designs. The new addition differs from the other members of the VG103S series, featuring a robust aluminium housing with four flanges for screw mounting.

Characteristics of the new VG2103 FOG sensor include:

  • 0.02 °/√h ARW
  • Dimensions (diameter x height) 55×17 mm
  • Weight 70 grams
  • Power consumption of 0.5 W
