In this video, Avilus publicly demonstrates flight operations with its Bussard optionally piloted vehicle from a distance of around 800 kilometres for the first time.
The demonstration shows the aircraft being remotely controlled over long range, with Avilus stating that the flight performance was pushed to its limits.
The company believes the demonstration reflects a structural shift in aviation that has already begun.
