Embedded World 2024: Sealevel Systems to Showcase New Fanless Embedded Computers

A leading developer of industrial-grade embedded computing design solutions, Sealevel Systems’ new Flexio Fanless Industrial Embedded Computers are fitted with the latest industrial processors and feature flexible connectivity from cutting-edge I/O engineering.

Sealevel Systems state that the Flexio computers can be utilized for control solutions for automation, point-of-sale, test and measurement, medical, and security applications.

International Introduction of Leading Industrial Computers

Embedded World will take place at NürnbergMesse, April 9-11, with the event slogan “connecting the embedded community”.

Exhibitors and attendees will be exposed to all aspects of embedded systems, with an eye to the future of hardware design, M2M communication, vision, and edge technology.

Throughout the exhibition, Sealevel will also highlight its robust design capabilities for standard – and custom – carrier boards, as well as introducing the Flexio computers.

Sealevel Systems say that utilizing COM architecture provides the freedom to exactly match system I/O and mechanical requirements while providing an easy upgrade path for the core processing functions. The extreme flexibility of COM-based systems often makes for an ideal fit for industrial automation and smart manufacturing applications.

I/O & Computing Across Embedded Systems

Sealevel team members at Hall 3, Stand 141 will showcase select products with applications for test and measurement, manufacturing automation, and complete system control. Key demonstrations include:

  • Serial I/O & Integration for OEMs & Industrial Control
Sealevel offers a wide selection of asynchronous and synchronous serial solutions. Its serial interfaces are used for factory and process automation, and other data-intensive applications.
  • Digital & Analog for Manufacturing
Sealevel digital and analog I/O products enable the monitoring and control of real-world signals from smart manufacturing lines to distributed control networks for robotics.
  • Embedded Computers & Touchscreen Controllers
Designed for factory automation, process control, and OEM applications, Sealevel’s fanless embedded computing systems combine the reliability of a PLC with the configurability of an industrial computer.

Earle Foster, Sr VP of Sales for Sealevel, commented; “Sealevel computers are established as the industry standard for embedded computing across defense, public safety, transportation, oil & gas, and renewable energy. With our new Flexio computers, we deliver that same reliability and recognized I/O expertise in products that are developed with industrial automation and control in mind.”
