DAT-CON launched a new modular drone detection, identification, and tracking system at the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition, Paris.
The event served as the platform for the company to showcase its latest developments in intelligent sensing and situational awareness.
DAT-CON’s new system features an export-friendly, cost-effective design that complies with non-ITAR and dual-use regulations, facilitating easier international deployment. Built on a unified integration architecture across all camera configurations, it utilizes modular plug-and-play optical payloads that offer flexible upgrade options for operators.
Engineered for ultra-high performance detection and tracking, the platform integrates video tracking, smart object detection, electronic image stabilization (EIS), and advanced video analytics via an embedded AI module.
The ruggedized hardware is designed to withstand harsh operational environments, supporting a temperature range of -32°C to +55°C and carrying an IP67 rating. It meets rigorous military standards, including MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461C, MIL-STD-1275E, and NATO Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA) requirements.
For power and connectivity, the system supports an integration input of 18–32 VDC with a 50–500 W operational draw. It features standard DC PT, ONVIF, and PELCO D protocols, alongside connections for Coax SDI, fiber or copper IP, and ethernet. Video output is delivered via standard IP H264 and H265 compression formats.
