The Edge 130 Blue is an advanced hybrid VTOL tricopter drone that has been specifically designed to meet the needs of mission-critical government and military applications. Able to take off and land anywhere, the versatile drone combines the versatility and manoeuvrability of multirotor platforms with the long range and endurance of fixed-wing aircraft, and can be assembled and launched in just one minute.
Featuring independent tilt-pod technology, the hybrid platform seamlessly transitions between forward flight and hover modes, and delivers flight endurances of up to two hours. This class-leading performance enables the aircraft to cover large areas in a single flight, making it ideal for mapping and ISR missions.
The Edge 130 Blue can be equipped with a range of easily-swappable Blue UAS-approved payloads, including a dual-channel EO/IR gimbal and a triple-camera mapping system. The UAS also features cyber-hardened radios with AES-128/256 encryption for the utmost in security.
