  • The use of GCPs has been for a long time the only way to achieve high-accuracy in mapping. New technologies such as RTK and PPK can help to eliminate the need for ground control. This training session will discuss how to use higher-end drones to collect such precise data as well as how to process the resulting imagery. Specifically, attendees will learn about the following:

    – Mission planning
    – Data acquisition and post-processing
    – Performing aerial triangulation with RTK/PPK
    – Generating DSM, DTM and orthomosaic

Space is limited and registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
