The AM Series is Ultra Motion's most heavily ruggedized Servo Cylinder linear actuator, featuring enhanced resistance against shock and vibration, a conformal coated controller PCB, MIL-D-38999 connectors, and a hardcoat anodized aluminium enclosure for EMI/EMC protection.
The versatile actuator can be configured with a number of options, including screw, BLDC motor size, stroke length, and a choice of three controllers.
The rugged AM Series is rated to IP67 while static and IP65 under dynamic conditions, and is ideal for harsh unmanned systems and robotics applications such as fixed-wing UAV flight control surfaces and UGV brakes and transmission.
Contactless absolute position feedback and control electronics built-in with control options including CAN 2.0B, RS-422/RS-485 serial, RC PWM, 4-20 mA in/out, and more.
