600 Series VPX HPEC System

The 600 Series is a 3U OpenVPX ATR chassis designed to meet the need for high-performance computing for UAVs and unmanned systems operating in challenging environments. Supporting 6 slots for SOSA-aligned and CMOSS payloads and 2 VITA 62 power supplies, it includes 5 high-performance Intel Xeon processors delivering approximately 2.688 TFLOPs of computational power, and GPGPU capability can be added via XMC expansion sites to increase this to over 5 TFLOPs for higher-bandwidth requirements.

Each SBC sub-system provides data and control plane Ethernet connections to a 10/40 GigE switch with layer 2 and 3 management, and SOSA profile alignment allows for SBC upgrades that future-proof the system. The front panel can be configured to provide a rich I/O set with Gigabit Ethernet Fiber or copper data interconnect availability via 38999 connectors. The rugged chassis is designed to meet a variety of MIL-STD-810, MILSTD-461, and MIL-S-901D requirements.
