Aerobits, a company specializing in micro-avionics and Remote ID technologies, has been chosen to participate in the development of a national drone and counter-drone system for Poland.
The company was among 25 selected to meet with representatives from the Polish drone industry at the Presidential Palace.
The meeting focused on establishing a national security system to counter threats posed by drones. Aerobits was represented by Konrad Cioch, Chief Business Development Officer, who presented the company’s approach to integrating its technologies for the detection, identification, and countering of airborne threats.
According to Aerobits, the formation of this system will be a pillar of Poland’s security in the coming years. Its inclusion in the group of 25 companies, which will co-develop a “counter-drone shield,” is considered a recognition of its technology and its importance to national interest.
The company stated, “We proudly take on this mission, knowing that our solutions will become part of the shield protecting the Republic of Poland and its citizens.” Aerobits views this as a historic moment and an opportunity to contribute its expertise to Poland’s defense capabilities.
