Windform® XT 2.0

Windform® XT 2.0 is a carbon-fiber-reinforced polyamide composite developed by CRP Technology for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). This material offers enhanced mechanical properties, including an 8% increase in tensile strength, 22% in tensile modulus, and a 46% increase in elongation at break compared to its predecessor. These improvements make it ideal for UAV components requiring high strength and durability. ​

With a density of 1.097 g/cc, Windform® XT 2.0 provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, essential for aerospace applications. Its thermal properties are notable, with a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 173.4°C and a melting point of 179.3°C, ensuring performance stability under thermal stress.
