TEKEVER has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Inzpire to strengthen the operational readiness, training, and mission support ecosystem surrounding advanced uncrewed air systems.
The agreement addresses a persistent challenge in modern defense procurement, where acquiring autonomous systems is only the beginning of the process. Generating a true operational advantage depends heavily on how quickly forces can train, integrate, adapt, and deploy those systems in real-world missions.
Under the terms of the memorandum, Inzpire will act as a preferred training and operational readiness partner for opportunities led by TEKEVER, accelerating the pathway from platform acquisition to mission-ready capability. This collaboration combines TEKEVER’s AI-driven autonomous platforms, operational services, and live trials capability with Inzpire’s specialized training, operational expertise, and established track record in preparing personnel for complex mission environments.
The two companies plan to explore how training, operational insight, and through-life support can be integrated directly into the delivery of uncrewed air system capabilities for customers in the UK and internationally. This collaborative approach reflects a shared commitment to pace and adaptability, recognizing that defense capabilities must be delivered rapidly, refined through operational feedback, and remain aligned with frontline requirements.

Stewart Pearce, Head of Regulations and Training at TEKEVER, said, “Modern autonomous capability is no longer defined by the platform alone. The organisations that will generate operational advantage in the coming decade will be those able to integrate autonomy into missions quickly, train continuously and adapt in real time.
“Technology is only part of the answer. Users also need the confidence, operational understanding and mission readiness to deploy these systems effectively under real conditions. Our work with Inzpire strengthens that wider capability ecosystem, combining TEKEVER’s autonomous systems and operational experience with Inzpire’s training, operational expertise and mission preparation capability. Together, we are helping customers move faster from acquisition to operational effect.”
Jonny Smith, Managing Director at Inzpire, added, “Inzpire brings to this partnership a deep understanding of how defence organisations operationalise new technology, developed through years of working directly alongside military customers across a range of capability programmes in the UK and internationally. Our operational mindset is continuously informed by the realities faced on the frontline today.
“What draws us to TEKEVER is a shared instinct for pace and adaptability. Their approach to rapid delivery and continuous improvement mirrors the way we work with our customers, responding quickly based on frontline requirements. Together, we can help translate acquisition into mission-ready capability that keeps pace with how operations develop.”
