UV-SVP Sensor
The UV-SVP is a compact sound velocity profiler designed specifically for space-constrained for ROVs, AUVs and UUVs, delivering SVP as well as calculated salinity and density data. Utilizing Valeport's proprietary time-of-flight technology and sophisticated digital signal processing. it provides entirely linear output resulting in reliable and consistent performance under all conditions.
The robust sensor is enclosed within a 3000 metre-rated titanium housing, and features a wide range isolated power supply and RS-232/485 communications.
