The IntuVue RDR-84K is an all-purpose sensing and detect-and-avoid solution for UAVs and urban air mobility platforms. Using only 60W of power and requiring no cooling, the electronically-steered phased-array system uses multiple beams to detect more objects simultaneously than any commercially available radar.
Thanks to its superior resolution and object discrimination, the IntuVue RDR-84K provides high performance and unparalleled efficiency even under challenging conditions. Able to image weather, aircraft, vehicles, buildings and even people at distances of up to three kilometres, it can be used for alternate navigation and precision landings as well as detect-and-avoid.
The system's low SWaP (size, weight and power) footprint means that multiple units can be installed on a single UAV and networked together to provide a 360-degree view of the surrounding environment.
