On Semi AR0135 CMOS Image Sensor for Unmanned Applications

The AR0135 is a 1/3-inch 1.2 megapixel CMOS digital image sensor with an active-pixel array of 1280×960. With excellent low-light performance and the ability to capture clear still images as well as continuous video, it is an ideal choice for machine vision applications. The sensor also features a global shutter for accurate motion capture, and advanced camera functions such as auto exposure control, windowing and scaling.

The AR1820 is an 18 megapixel, 1/2.3-inch format, 1.25 um pixel sensor with the ability to dynamically optimize its resolution and frame rate for different lighting conditions. With a maximum resolution of 4912×3684 and maximum frame rate of 120 fps, it is ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as security, surveillance and broadcasting.

On Semi Python CMOS Image Sensors for Drones

With over 60 sensors to choose from, the On Semi Python range features high sensitivity CMOS image sensors suitable for a broad range of intelligent vision applications for drones and other unmanned vehicles.

On Semi Python sensors range from 0.31 to 26.21 megapixels resolution and 43 to 815 fps frame rate, offering a wide range of monochrome and colour solutions for your embedded vision requirements. Other features include LVDS output, NIR enhancements and global shutters.

Sony CMOS Sensors

The Sony IMX264 and IMX265 are CMOS active pixel solid-state sensors that deliver high sensitivity, low dark current and low PLS characteristics. Available in monochrome or colour and featuring a global shutter with variable charge-integration time, the sensors are ideal for consumer drone imaging applications. The IMX264 measures 11.1mm diagonally with 5.07 million effective pixels, and the IMX265 measures 8.9mm diagonally with 3.19 million effective pixels.

The Sony IMX377 and IMX477 are Type 1/2.3 inch 12.3 megapixel colour CMOS sensors with electronic rolling shutters for high-speed image capture. The IMX477 leverages Exmor RS technology to achieve even greater sensitivity and lower noise than conventional CMOS sensors. Both the IMX377 and IMX477 are ideal solutions for high-resolution multispectral imaging on board drones and other unmanned vehicles.
