Falcon 2300mm helicopter UAV main rotor blades are ideal for aircraft with take-off weights of up to 280kg and are suitable for single- and triple-rotor platforms as well as coaxial designs. The high-strength blades provide excellent aerodynamic efficiency and low noise. Natural frequency and mode of vibration can be provided to the customer to aid in resonance-free design.
Blades can be manufactured with different tip designs for optimized handling and efficiency according to specific operational requirements, as well as with different materials for leading-edge protection including metal and tape. Falcon can also provide de-icing functionalities including special coatings and electric heating mechanisms.
