The WP500-1 SmartDVD (Digital Voltage Detector) is an all-in-one handheld flightline testing unit for armament systems. It has been deployed in 14 FMS countries on Boeing and Lockheed Martin aircraft, and is ideal for Group 5 UAVs or other unmanned aircraft platforms equipped with munitions capabilities. The versatile unit allows users to perform automated and user-definable TPSs and performs a variety of functions for the testing of airborne weapons systems and equipment.
The unit provides full multiplex bus testing capabilities according to MIL-STD-1553, and includes an LCD digital display that outputs real-time measurement data and can be easily read under all lighting conditions. The rechargeable Li-ion battery offers up to 50 hours of operation.
