Airvolute’s cutting-edge UAS autopilots are based around the proprietary open-architecture DroneCore OS, a unified system that offers everything you need to develop state-of-the-art drone platforms for complex use cases. The multi-layered DroneCore OS allows developers to work at the specific layer that best suits their particular application requirements:
- Application layer (open-source & proprietary software)
- Middleware layer (system services, interfaces)
- Foundation layer (device configuration, kernel, drivers)
- Deployment tools (system cloning, deployment at scale
The fully integrated DroneCore autopilots combine CubePilot flight controllers with NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX, Orin NX or Orin Nano computing modules to provide powerful processing capabilities for advanced applications such as deep learning and computer vision. Modular design and rich I/O connectivity allow for seamless integration and simplified development of custom accessories and add-on boards.
The product range includes options specially optimized for VTOL, FPV and helicopter drones.
Stribog is a powerful quadcopter UAS featuring a software-defined open architecture that enables commercial and military users to customize and future-proof the platform to suit their own unique requirements. With a choice of NextVision Dragoneye 2, Teledyne FLIR Hadron 640R, or SIYI ZR10 gimbal payloads, it is ideal for mission-critical ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) missions, and can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of C2 systems.
The highly portable system can be folded down and easily transported in a backpack, and can be rapidly deployed in under 4 minutes. Stribog has been weatherproofed to withstand rain of up to 5mm/hr, allowing it to operate reliably under challenging weather conditions. VIO and optical flow capabilities allow the drone to continue navigating even in GNSS-denied environments and to resist jamming and spoofing attacks.
Stribog is provided with an analog radio as standard, and can be optionally upgraded with digital datalinks by Doodle Labs or Silvus Technologies. The UAS package also includes a Steam Deck for ground control, with other rugged tablets and controllers available upon request.
Patron FPV is a versatile and highly maneuverable quadcopter drone platform that is ideal for pilot training as well as precision strike missions. Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, it offers a suite of AI-driven capabilities including head tracking, target acquisition and terminal guidance, ensuring maximum success with minimal training requirements.
Thanks to the system’s open architecture, it can be easily updated with new AI and deep neural network algorithms, enabling it to be future-proofed against evolving threats on the battlefield. All algorithms are destroyed should the unit be captured.
Patron FPV is equipped with a high-resolution camera payload and can process video feeds of up to 4K at 28 fps in real time. It is provided with an analog radio as standard, and can be optionally upgraded with digital datalinks by Doodle Labs or Silvus Technologies.
Airvolute’s adapter boards make it easy to integrate market-leading camera payloads into your UAS platforms, reducing development time and effort as well as unnecessary wiring. Boards are available for NextVision gimbals, the Teledyne FLIR Hadron camera, and the Gremsy G-Hadron gimbal.
All boards are provided with software drivers to allow you to get up and running straight out of the box, ensuring seamless delivery of streaming video data from the camera or gimbal to the Jetson module on the DroneCore flight computer.
