U.S Navy Unmanned Surface Vehicle Contracts Awarded to QinetiQ and Gibbs & Cox

Qinetiq North America Inc, and Gibbs & Cox Inc have each been awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for design and integration of manned and unmanned surface craft systems for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, Combatant Craft Division.

The contracts cover engineering and technical management support on all programs and projects related to the design and integration of systems for manned and unmanned surface craft. Qinetiq North America and Gibbs & Cox were awarded contracts totalling $9,902,317 and $10,799,969 respectively. The U.S Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
